OUTLINED FEATURES OF SMARTY:
- Organize your contacts in a better way - Smarty is
an innovative software application that allows you to organize
your contacts and information related to them in profiles.
- Create different types of profiles - You can create
personal, professional or company profiles, depending on your
needs and requirements.
- Smarty seamlessly integrates with Pocket Outlook -
You can use directly or reorganize your existing Outlook contacts
to use them more efficiently.
- Add custom features - Smarty allows you to add and
save custom data to contacts; you're also allowed to organize
these custom features in templates in order to reuse them for
other profiles
Link all in one - Contact profiles provide you links to all
important documents, notes, phone calls, appointments and tasks,
all in one!
- Quickly add notes - Smarty allows you
to add text or graphical notes for contact profiles, appointments
and tasks.
- View linked documents directly - Smarty allows you
to link any kind documents to your contact profiles, appointments
and tasks, and to view these documents with just one or two
taps.

NEW FOR VERSION 2.1:
- Search section is added to the main screen for easier lookup of
contacts, appointments and tasks of interest at the same time. The search
criteria might be a word, letter combination or a phrase, whatever you
remember.
- New checkboxes are added next to From- and To- dates on Agenda and Tasks
sections in order to provide better control for time period filtering of
appointments and tasks.
- All appointment and task lists now have additional column for End date
to allow easier sorting by start and end dates.
- Custom Data screen is moved to Profile screen for easier switching
between contact basic details and custom data features.
- Data edition for custom data features is now disabled by default, just
as for basic details, and is controlled by the same 'Allow Editing' option,
as for basic details.
- All custom data features and group information is exported to the
contact note in order to have it synchronized with the desktop.
- Three extra screens are added for easier work all in one - Recent
Birthdays, Recent Anniversaries and View Files. The latter allows you to
browse, view and create files from within Smarty.
- Linked Contacts and Employees screens have now different columns for
contacts first and last name for easier sorting by first or last name.
- The columns of all lists might be sorted in ascending or descending
order by clicking on column headers.
